"Sophos.Management.GeneralException: Unexpected error while trying to open a connection"

ok guys i have a trouble in my console 4.5

i can't open Console, but i can open it after i restart/stop Sophos Management Services

if i close my console and i want to open again, the problems appears again

i have tried DebugView, and the result is :
