Enterprise Console error

I'm having an issue with a new member of the department being unable to log in to SEC.

Have set up access rights the in the same manner as everyone else, but this one user keeps being returned the same error;

Cannot open Sophos Enterprise Console

Only members of the Sophos Console Administrators group on <servername> are allowed to run the Sophos Enterprise Console



Log on as a user with sufficient rights (for example the user who originally installed Sophos Enterprise Console) and try again

The user in question is in the Console Administrators group and has rights granted to relevant sub-estates. They also have local admin rights on the PC they use.

They have reinstalled the console several times and I have logged on to their machine and successfully accessed the console, so it must be a permissions error somewhere down the line.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so is there something obvious I have missed or an easy fix?
