Unmanaged computers into console

Hello everybody,

I´ve used Sophos for some months and I installed manualy in all client machines, but some machines appear in console like unmanaged, but the Sophos already was installed in these machines.

Someone knows if´s possible to follow some procedure to fix it or is really necessary to reinstall client instalation in these machines?

    RMS creates a connection report as a html-page, you can open it from Start/Programs/Sophos/Sophos Endpoint Security, there should be a link to "Network communications report" (or similar, my installations have a german language).

    This report is well structured and will give you several informations about what RMS could do and what it could not do. RMS is the communications component of Sophos Endpoint Security, and all management functions rely on this component to establish the communication between the server and the client. If a client does not appear, then RMS does have a problem.
