Sophos Update Manager

Hi,

Recently I updated my console and EM library to version 4.5.

The upgrade is successful.

Then i open Update Manager and the alert show 'migration failed' for my server.

I contact support and they ask me to delete specialactions.xml and sum_status.xml and also the contect of working and update manager folder. Stop the services and try to update again.

Now the 'Download Status' show Downloading binaries. It almost 1 hour and I'm not sure whether it stuck or still downloading because there is no percentage bar.

Help me please.
