Unable to access https website on XP after upgrade to 9.5

Hi

I have a problem following upgrade to 9.5.  Upgrade was smooth and easy however since upgrade on PCs running XP SP3 we are unable to access any HTTPS web site.  HTTP are all ok and on our Vista PC we can access both HTTP and HTTPS sites. 

Any suggestions.

    Hi,

    The most likely component that would cause such behaviour if you didn't have this problem before would be the "web protection" feature.

    If on one of these machines you disable web protection (under "Configure" - "Anti-Virus" - "Web protection") and reboot, does the problem go away?

    If so, if you could run:

    netsh winsock show catalog > winsock.txt

    and paste the contents of winsock.txt here that would be useful.
