from EM library to SUM(in another server)

hi, anyone knows how to do this? here's my setup, were currently using Sophos enterprise console version 3 (EM library), now i have installed Sophos Enterprise Console version 4 (SUM) to another server. how can i be able to manage the computers in my newly installed Sophos Enterprise console version 4? that is currrently manged by the version 3 (EM). I have already created the update managers. re protecting the computers wont work, it gives me a message "Computer is not yet manage. It is already protected but has not yet reported back to its status".

    Hi rlc,

    This is most likely because the certificates on the clients do not match the ones on the new server.  The quickest way to get your clients migrated wil probably be to uninstall the new SEC4 server that you have created and follow the article below (assuming that you still have access to the old SEC3 server)

    If either you do not have access to the old SEC3 server, or you follow the article and still encounter problems, I suggest that you collect an SDU (Sophos Diagnostic Utility) output from both a client that is not reporting back and your server and contact Sophos Technical Support for assistance.
