Endpoint not downloading all updates

Have recently upgraded to Endpoint & PureMessage 3.1, when downloading updates Sophos does 3 out of 4 fine, but the 4th says could not connect to server. Log gives messages below and puremessage dashboard shows last update as failed? Any ideas, thanks

    Is it updating from a local CID at your site and Sophos?

    What is the primary and secondary location set to?

    I believe that the machine has to update from Sophos to get the spam rules package.
