Lost Tamper Protection Authentication and cant uninstall

Hi Sohpos users

I have version 9.5 and it was installed on a PC that my mom purchased from her school. The tech that used to run the computer department no longer works at the school. And I wish to uninstall sophos but can not because of the TPA password.

I searched the net and the forum and can't seem to find any info on how to resolve this. Does anyone have any idea how i can get around this PWord to uninstall this program ?

Rather than posting the solution for all to see here, I think you're better off making a 2 minute call to Support. They will be able to help you.
