Sophos Endpoint 9.5 can't clean Mal/Conficker-A virus

When Sophos Endpoint 9.5 try clean the Mal/conficker-A malware this fihish with this error:

20101015 223308    Archivo "C:\Windows\System32\ahpgyceg.x" pertenece al virus/spyware 'Mal/Conficker-A'.
20101015 223322    Virus/spyware 'Mal/Conficker-A' no se pudo eliminar debido a algún error.

Only the Sophos conficker Cleanup tool can clean the malware, but, the question is:

Why Sophos Endpoint can't remove the malware correctly?
