I have a case where 2 people are unable to use their CCTV Software anymore and I've since discovered that Sophos is blocking something somewhere as they both have the same symptoms in Sophos Anti Virus.
1 item is held in Quarantine and it says Controlled application - Removable drives - Storage device - No actions (manual clean up required)
I've looked through the Self help guides in Sophos and pointed me towards the Enterprise console but there is no way in there of accessing the application tab as was advised to do so.
Does anyone know how to complete the manual clean up to enable these 2 users to carry on with their work? It's a piece of software that uses an external hard drive.
