protect endpoints through Active directory group policy

how can i apply a group policy applied in the active directory in order to protect the clients? and if i applied the solution will it keep reinstalling the client every time the user logs in?

    I suggest you have a look at the following article:

    This gives an example of a script that can be used to deploy the software via a group policy (you cannot use a GPO to deploy the MSI files directly as they need to be configured by setup.exe)

    If you take a look at the script, you will see that it checks whether the software is installed or not before running setup.exe so if you have already installed, it will not attempt to keep re-installing every time.
