obfuscate utility not installed?

The utility to allow you to use obfuscated usernames and passwords for client installation does not appear to be installed on my system. Is there some other way to get it?

Hi,

It's in the tools directory the SEC sfx installer first extracted. Have a look in the root of the C:\ drive on the management server for a folder beginning with sec.
