We have a ton of facilities we are managing. We have a handfull of PC's at a couple location that has some PC's that will not let us install/update Sophos on the PC's. We deleted the PC's in EC and refound them and tried to protect them. Still nothing. It will download the virus scanner but then it will not install it. I get the following error:
"Could not access the shared folder from which the installation program is run(this is the location you specified in the updating policy settings). THis may be because the computer hosting the share does not have sufficient network connections available".........
Error code is 0000034
Been looking at everything for 2 days now and still cant get it to work.....anybody with ideas?
