Sophos errors on server startup

Hope someone can help.

I have enterprise console 4.5 installed on a windows server 2003 r2

Whenever i restart my server i have the following errors in the event logs :

In the system log i have

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Service Control Manager

Event Category: None

Event ID: 7023

The Sophos Management Service service terminated with the following error:

In the application log i have

What i would like to know is, is this just because the computer is starting up and i can sefely ignore these or is there a problem somewhere and if so any ideas how to fix it.

    I assume that the Sophos database is held in a local instance?

    I wonder if the Sophos management service is attempting to connect to the SQL instance before it has started or possibly before the database has loaded.

    The SQL log might give you some idea of the timings.  You could always attempt to make the Sophos management service dependant on the SQL service that provides the instance Sophos is using if this turns out to be the case. SC.exe can be used to do that as could a direct registry modification.
