Manually installed Client "phone home" question

I am tryign to use the latest sophos anti-virus with the enterprise console to deploy using a disk image.

I see that i can install the client using the CID and that works fine and autoupdates but the question i have is : Is there any way to get the manually(imaged) client to report back to the enterprise console and add itself?

I do not want to us AD sync . what i want is the client to "phone home" and get registered in the console on its own, is that a possibility?
