Installation on Domain Controllers

Question

I have been looking around here for any information or best practices for installation of Sophos Anti-Virus on Domain Controllers (Windows Server 2008 R2). I'm looking mostly for exclusions and recommendations for on-access scanning settings. Anyone have thoughts on this?
