SBS 2003 with MS SQL 2000, installing MS SQL 2008 express

Hi,

Small company running one server with SBS 2003.  At the moment we use SQL 2000 which came built into SBS 2003.

Need to install SQL 2008 express to update SECV3 to SEC4.5.

We need to continue to use SQL 2000 to run our retail system.

Can SQL 2008 express be run along side SQL 2000 on SBS 2003?

Would installing SQL 2008 express on SBS 2003 be breaching any Microsoft Licence agreement?
