Computers fail to update.

Hello,

At 2:22 pm yesterday all of my pc displayed as "out of date" for their protection. I updated the software as well as the CID and now half of them say "out of date" as of 2:22 pm and the other half say "out of date" as of unknown. Anything I can do to fix this?

I had a weird problem as well. Apparently my Updater had the software download account, not the "em" account. With no warning, the server stopped updating. The fix was to enter the em number.
