Whenever I ask a question to Sophos by e-mail, the first reply I get is a delivery notification and the second reply comes from a human, asking for the Sophos licence details.
How cool would it be if the SAV GUI would include a Contact Us button, which would send the licence details straight to Sophos along with my question? If we'd be cable to input a Customer string (and/or our (customer's) ticket string) to indentify our customers/case, Sophos could quote that upon reply, so we can keep track of which answer goes with which customer/case.
We are a consultancy company, serving a lot of customers who each have their own licence. It'd be nice if we could enter our customers' licence details into every installation, ask question on behalf of our customers and get feedback to our own e-mail address...
