Clients not show in Console 9.5

I have recently moved most of my clients to a new Console 9.5 server.  However some of my client servers will update with a new install but will no show up in the unassigned folder.  If I search for them the come as gray and will not update policy.  These server clients were list in my old Console.  Any ideas what is preventing them from beinin listed in 9.5?

Each desktop should run three sophos components.

    1. The shield (Sophos AutoUpdate) - Maintains the updates

    2. The Scanning Engine (Sophos Anti-Virus) - Scans the machine

    3. RMS (Sophos Remote Management System) - Communicates to the server.

The rms component works with certificate files. When you install Sophos it generates the certificate file and includes the hostname and ip address of the Sophos console server)

The RMS communicates on ports 8192, 8193, 8194 TCP and UPD.
This is sometimes blocked by firewalls and exceptions need to be added.

    >>> I suspect that the RMS installed on these server clients still points to the old server, so it might update from the new one, but communicates to the old one.

Best way to check is in the 'view Sophos Network Communications report'

This is find when you click 'Start | Programs | Sophos | Endpoint Security and Control'

This report will tell you if it is communicating successfully as well which server it is communicating to.(At the bottom)
If there is a miss-communication it will tell you, as well it will provide a link to help you resolve it.
