Sophos installation cancel because existing third party security software could not be uninstalled

Hello:

Anyone help. I use removed tools to remove symantec corporation software and clear registry totally (no tamper protection also) . No other antivirus software running in the child server.

When applied protection computer from parent server, popup error ==>installation error 'Cancelled Sophos installation because existing third party security software could not be uninstalled'

    Thank you very much for your help. Through the way you provided, I found the another software - iGateway (ca product). Finally, can install endpoint.

    For my previous case, any idea you have. Hope get your solution soon.
