      • Hello yh,

        browse \\localhost:8085\sophosupdate

Probably neither Explorer nor IE work with this format. As this is http it should be localhost/sophosupdate. Also not that the path is case sensitive.

Using the IIS Manager right-click sophosupdate and select Browse. It should prompt you for user/password (if configured) and then display the directory listing.

        • Hello Christian

Yes, should be http://localhost:8085/sophosupdate (i key in mistake)

In IIS, local path where need to browse. It is

          C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager

          or

          C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\CIDs\S000\SAVSCFXP

Actually, both I tested after changing  update policy to web CID. But both have error. Please highlight which directory is correct.

code=0000006b Download of sophos autoupdate failed from server \\servername\update manager\cids\s000\savscfxp\

Through http://servername/update manager can view directory contents and can save files.

          Thank you

          Best Regards
