Issue on Upgrade EC 4.0 for Enterprise Console 4.5

Hello all -

I'm trying to migrate the EC 4.0 to EC 4.5, I've downloaded the sec_45_sfx.exe and ran the wizard. But before start the upgrade process the wizard stop all sophos service and I'm on the window informing me that the status is: Stopping Sophos Management Host Service, but I'm waiting for more then hours and it never move on. I realize opening the services.msc that all sophos service were stopped.

I've tried kill this upgrade, restart the server and then start the upgrade process again and still happening the same thing. 

OS: Wiindows 2003

msiexec version 4.5

Could you help me?

    This also happened to me during the upgrade and it was a hang on the msiexec.exe process. (Microsoft Installer). I ended the task and it continued just as in KrisB's case.

    I did not notice any unusual issues afterwards.
