Windows Security Center says out of Date - Subscribed package for Windows showing as 4.53E

Please help,

All of our Windows PCs are reporting that Sophos is out of date.

When I go to look at the package that I am subscribed to in the Enterprise Manager it states

Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows v7.6.20 VDL4.54E

But the Threat Detection Data version shows up as 4.53E

How do I correct this?

When I look at the new packages after doing an update, this is the only one available. Although there is a correct one (with 4.54) that is IDEs only!

  • Hi Christian,

    I shall try and make myself clearer and answer some of your queries;

    EM Version = 1.3.2

    SEC = 3.1

    The Enterprise console reports that no clients are out of date. (i.e all say Yes)

    When I attempt to select packages from the EM Library, the library Fetches the List from the Parent, then checks for New and Updated Packages. Then after a while presents me with a huge list of packages to subscribe to.

    The problem is that I want one for Windows XP that is using 4.54 - The title of the package states that it is 4.54, but under the column Threat Detection Data - it states 4.53E.

    And therefore this is the reason I am assuming that Widnows Security Center reports that we are all out of date?

    I hope this is a little clearer?
