Our phones are controlled from Skype for Business through the Ethernet connected computer with a Polycom application called Better Together over Ethernet. This app pairs to the phone at login. Sophos Application Control is preventing it from pairing. It works normally when Application Control id disabled.
In Sophos Enterprise, the location of the block was easy found in the client alerts. Is there an equivalent place in Sophos Central of its locally installed agent? Alternatively, which setting is blocking the BToE app from pairing?
