We are currently trailing the endpoint protection cloud version currently and server protect. I have a few questions hopefully you members can help me with
1. Need to change the update from 60 mins to 300 or 600 mins ( ideally once per day) on both the clients and servers
2. I am looking for the link to install the cache server to clients and servers so individual clients dont have to download from the web, and can instead do it from the cache server.
3. Is there a way to switch off the server lockdown. Before using the product on the production server, i would want to make sure the lockdown option doesn't shut off any existing running process in the server. There isnt much info on the help section of the product.
4. In the server edition, I am not able to make any changes or open the server security console. All items are greyed out , expect update now. Under server policies in https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/dashboard i am unable to it under policy option. I want to make sure i am using the right product
