Delete connection to Sophos Cloud

Hi,

Is it possible to delete a connection in the Sophos Cloud Console?

When i uninstall a computer that has already been added to Sophos Cloud Console, then i delete the user and computer in the cloud console but the connection persist.

    What do you mean by the connection persists? As is if you run a netstat you can see an active session to SOPHOS Cloud or does the computer re-appear and register to the cloud?

    I'll try to explain to you the different step that i want to make.

    1&***;) Create a user with specific name -> ok

    2&***;) Send an email with a link to install this specific user on a computer -> ok

    3&***;) After the installation of Sophos on this computer, all is ok the computer is linked to the good user in the cloud

    4&***;) But then i want to uninstall sophos on this computer. So, this step is ok.

    5&***;) After that i delete user and computer on cloud -> it's ok too, but the login of this computer is not deleted in cloud sophos and i think it's a problem for the next steps.

    6&***;) I want to create another user with another name and generate another email to install on the same computer.

    7&***;) But when i install sophos with the new package, the computer is don't linked with the new user in the cloud. I a new user is created with host/login name of the computer and it's not that i want.

    I think it's because the old login have not been deleted with the user the first time. So i want to know if it's possible to delete the login. All the login are in memory of the cloud like in the picture under.
