No download link

You don't have any download links?

If you go to:

https://cloud.sophos.com/protect/deployment/email

add a new user and send email an email, do you get an email?  With or without links or the links don't work?

Under:

https://cloud.sophos.com/account/administration/licenses

Is the licence state ok? I.e. it's not expired?

If this all looks good I would suggest: 

Create another trial (https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/products/cloud/free-trial.aspx), and see if that's ok and just use that going forward.  You will need to use a different email, unless you follow:

http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/121173.aspx to free jup the prevoius email first.

Failing which it's probably a call to support with answers to the above.

In the licenses section - nothing shows up at all. Just blank under review licenses and current usage.

In that case I think it's probably a call to support as it sounds like the account wasn't created correctly.

If you haven't set much up, it might be easier to write off that trial and create a new one.

actually this is an active acct since last December with several systems / users. Just became aware of this issue when one system became "inactive" and would not talk to the cloud anymore.

I'll contact support.
