Windows 11 deployment, Windows antivirus not disabling

I have started installing win11 at my workplace and and after installing SophosSetupClient.exe I am noticing that windows security isnt being disabled automatically.

I tried setting a gpo and still didin't turn it off.

managed to solve the issue, if you double click the windows security and go on the first option it says that sophos is the av.

We are seeing the same behavior. We are also starting to have issues with some endpoints reporting "One or more Sophos Services are missing or not running" after they perform Sophos updates on Windows 11 24H2 and the latest windows updates. We have to uninstall and re-install the endpoint agent to fix it.
