Hi Everyone,
Customers are unable to log into Central Dashboards (Partner Dashboard, Enterprise Dashboard or Central Dashboard with MFA enabled) receiving an "Internal Server Error". Sophos Engineering is currently investigating this issue. For more information, please see the following link.

We are aware that Sophos Partners and Customers are now able to successfully complete 2-factor authenticated logins to their Central Dashboard consoles. We continue to monitor this issue and will provide updates as appropriate.

2-factor authentication has been restored for all Sophos Central customers and partners. We will continue to monitor for any future issues with authentication and related services. Please notify Sophos Support if you continue to experience any issues.
