  • Setting has moved under
    Users and Devices|Devices
Select device then choose tamper protection from there.

I am sure this is an awesome change since it would appear that each device has a key rather than a global key.
Bit of a pain for the admin but allows an admin to give out a unique disable key to a remote user rather than giving out a global key.
  • Dear All, I have the same problem but, under the User/Devices tab, there is no "tamper protection" button or icon and I can't remove antivirus from the only one client I have for test.

    I'm very sad for this

    Anyone could help mem please?

    Andrea

  • Hi Andrea,

I am assuming you are using Sophos Cloud? Once you have gone to the 'Users & Devices' > 'Devices' page, select the device you are interested in. You will then be taken to the specific page for that device. On there you will see a tab for 'Tamper Protection'.

    Hope this helps.
