How remove all files of SSC after executing it?

After execution, SSC left behind C:\Windows\System32\bootdelete.exe and maybe other files and settings. How can I remove all of them completely?

Alternatively, how can I modify the settings of its first run, e.g. "ignore" instead of "delete" for certain findings ?
