Windows account disabled

Question

I'm trying to give an account POA on a laptop here, but the account is listed as disabled. The account works fine on computers without SafeGuard installed, but every computer with SafeGuard that I attempt to log in immediately locks up and logs me out immediately after synchronizing. The account is not listed as disabled on this computer in the SafeGuard administrator console.

Fixed it. 
 The user account itself was disabled from the console, rather than the computer. The issue was that the account was locked out temporarily during my first login, which appears to have made an automatic policy change in the SafeGuard system.
