Error "Windows cannot access" when trying to install software over a encrypted Desktop

Hi,

I´m using Safeguard 7.00.0.97, and i´ve set policies to encrypt the full disk (Local Storage Devices\Boot Volumes). Also, i´ve set a file share policy to cypher the Desktops, Downloads and Documents. This is to prevent that someone in the company, can decrypt information copied from some specific file shares (if for example, the Desktop is not encrypted, and the users use the "SaveAs" inside a file and save it using a diferent file name, the persistant Encryption is lost.

In fact, if the users make a copy of a encrypted file, to a location that does hot have a encryption policie, the option to "Decrypt" is available using the context option. The only option to hide the option to "Decrypt" is to make sure that all the "locations" have a encrypted policie:

I´m noticing however that if i for example download some software to a encrypted "location" (e,g, the downloads folder), the installer returns a error. As a example you have the filezilla installer.

If i do the same over a non encrypted location, this does not happen. Can someone help me with this? Is there a configuration that can help me with this?
