We have a user that has successfully locked their laptop up to the point where it needs the challenge response at the PBA screen several times.
We are assuming that the user has not entered their password wrong 16 times as the user has said they have not.
We have tried to replicate their error by trying different methods to cause the challenge response procedure at the PBA screen.
So far we have been unable to lock the machine.
What are the different ways to trigger the challenge response procedure?
