I would like to seek assistance. i have key in recovery key after my PC requesting bitlocker recovery key. however, after i key in the number, i received an error ""]Failed to unlock with this recovery key". But the key number is i retrive from Sophos Central. Anyone can assist on this issue?

Aside from the above steps that you've done, have you tried slaving the drive on a different device and then unlocking the drive? If not? You can try the said option by following the steps stated in this KB article.
