Sophos Email Appliance might be sending automated alerts indicating data update install failures. This has no impact on mail flow, For more updates please follow the below KBA

Hi Everyone,

The issue is now resolved and Appliances that previously generated alerts are now successfully installing subsequent updates. We really appreciate your patience.
