Just a quick one to say I attended InfoSec 2010 yesterday down at Earl's Court in London. The exhibition itself wasn't too bad at all, and there were plenty of different takes on new methodology and technology from the network security world.
I did manage to pop over to the Sophos stall a few times, where I saw a presentation by James Lyne, which I thought was delivered brilliantly. Also, I got my hands on a Threatbusters pack, conveniently disguised as a pizza box! :smileyhappy: It included some stickers, a CD and a few leaflets/"books" to keep up to speed with the latest trends for threats in social networking.
I enjoyed the day and think I gained a few good things to be researching over the coming weeks, so can't complain with that.
One thing I was surprised with, was the way in which my visitor badge with "Guest of Sophos" was percieved by about 15% of the people I spoke to - not necessarily trying to push AV solutions! (feel free to remove this Mods).
Did anybody else manage to get down there at all this week?
