Sophos Removal from Home Computer - XP

I work for a global company and we were granted access to download and install sophos on our personal home computers. I now wish to uninstall it however it says I do not have the correct permissions. I know this isnt' a new story to anyone on here so could someone please provide me with a straightforward easy to understand answer how to uninstall this **bleep** thing...***frustrated***

    I want to get rid of it as it couldn't fully remove a particular virus and plus I had no control over it. Regardless, I am going to start tweeting how much I dislike it if I don't get rid of it soon.

    It feels like an intruder!

    My OS is Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3.

    Here are the windows I see....and yes I am the administrator.

    I have access to tamper protection window but don't know what to put in there.

    Any other suggestions.
