My wife has been locked out of her account and nothing the service provider suggests works (going to unlock site / changing from Firefox to Safari / enabling Java script again after turning it off etc). It started off as a simple lock out but now the new password doesn't seem to work and the old one doesn't seem to either and the warning triangle has turned into a nasty zigzag, meaning she has no internet connection at all (Her sister who is in IT suggested it could be in her Google mail account but nothing has been revealed there as far as I know. She is now going over to Holland to see her brother and I have this time to try to fix it (Even the service provider (Sky.com) seems perplexed and this seems to be a problem with a load of other users on their site, judging by the forum - is it them or her failure to use a properly secure password in the first place? (not complex enough, words with numbers substituted for letters)
