I would like my account deleted, as well as my Sophos ID. There doesn't appear to be a way to change my email on either, though I would prefer that.

I attempted to register there to open a case, and it was rejected. I'm not a business customer, I just use the software firewall product at home.

Thank you for the Information. We can delete your Community ID; however, if you log in again to your Sophos ID, this will be re-enabled. Therefore, I would recommend calling the customer service hotline. Will deleting your Community ID be sufficient?

Go ahead and delete my community account.
I spoke with several individuals at both partner/customer care, and with technical support. Both of which told me it was impossible to delete my account and seemed to have difficulty understanding what a Sophos ID is. There is no possible way to delete a Sophos ID, they can only investigate accounts that are support accounts.
I suspect this would be a violation of GPDR were I in the EU or similar legislation in other areas of the world, in that Sophos cannot honor a right to deletion or right to be forgotten. That said, I'm not a lawyer.

That isn’t correct; a Sophos ID can be deleted.
Please confirm via DM the email address associated to your Sophos ID.
