Please note that the Sophos Support Portal (support.sophos.com) will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in two phases on Saturday, October 14th, starting at 05:00 AM UTC and again at 06:00 AM UTC. The maintenance window is expected to take approximately 30 minutes each.

Phase 1

  • 1:00 AM to 1:05 AM EST
  • 1:00 PM to 1:05 PM PHT
  • 6:00 AM to 6:05 AM BST
  • 10:00 PM to 10:05 PM PST (October 13th)  
  • 10:30 AM to 10:30 AM IST

Phase 2
