Add to userportal checkbox grayed out

Hi, 
 When I add a resource for ZTNA, the checkbox 'Show resource in user portal' is grayed out. Did I miss any setting? 
 Added resources are working fine btw. It is just this checkbox which can fill the user portal.

H i Robin, What is the access mode for this resource? Currently, we support only agentless resources being displayed on the user portal. If it's agent-based, then the option is grayed out.
