The TCP port '443' is already in use by the User portal TCP Port

Question

Hi Everyone, I'm getting this error when I try to activate a Virtual Webserver on port 443. The web filter is in transparent mode with SSO authentication, and I have set the allowed networks to "Internal" only. Do I have to change the port number of the User Portal to another address - or is it possible to run the WAF and the User portal concurrently on 443? What is the best practice for this scenario?

you cannot run the WAF and the User Portal on port 443 at the same time on the same IP address. 
You could also change the User Portal to listen on an internal address (different than WAF) on port 443 (see Advanced settings for the User Portal).
