Proxy hang with Avira Error 9.403

Hi,


there is one HA cluster, where we have a problem with the webproxy. This problem exists since v9.355. It is hanging approx. every 7 days with the errormessage "avira engine not available". Then we have to restart the proxy and it runs again for about 7 days.

We already opened a support ticket, but since several month sophos couldn´t help us with this problem and there is no date for a fix. Maybe someone has an idea, where the problem might be... For the customer it is not a solution to disable the avira scanengine....

This is the errormessage:

proxy-1 httpproxy[18990]: id="0003" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" request="(nil)" function="avira_reload" file="avirascanner.c" line="259" message="failed to load Avira engine: aviraglue_init() failed to initialize SAVAPI: Memory allocation error"

    The issue is related to memory allocation in UTM and we have this issue reported in NUTML-9899. Please verify what support has to say on this.

    Can you DM me ticket# in the support team so that I can follow up.

    "leider ist noch kein Erscheinungsdatum für den angesprochenen Fix für die von Ihnen aufgezeigte Problematik bekannt."

    --> We are sorry, but at this moment, we don´t know, when a fix for this problem will be available.

    Do you know, when this bug NUTML-9899 will be fixed, in which release? Since 31.03.16 we are waiting for a solution...
