Transparent mode Web Filtering - streaming not working

Question

Hi all, 
 I have a UTM 9.401-11 (Home) running. I just made a completely fresh install rebuilding all configuration. 
 My issue is related to Web Filtering and streaming from the nordic site viaplay.dk. My web filtering is running default - Base policy with Default content filter. I am unable to get trafic through to allow streaming from Viaplay - only way so far is to add a source host-based exception. That is certainly not a usefukk solution, since streaming can be done from all hosts on internal network. 
 I haven't been able to get useful information from the live log. In addition it seems to be okay on an iPad, but not on a PC or setup-box 
 Application control is disabled. 
 Any suggestions will be highly appreciated - I am really confused.

 Thanks for choosing Sophos. 
 How about adding your system IP address in the Skip Transparent Mode Source Hosts. Hosts and networks listed in the Skip transparent mode hosts/nets boxes will not be subject to the transparent interception of HTTP traffic. You can navigate through Web Protection > Filtering Options > Misc>Skip Transparent Mode Source Hosts. PFA screenshot

 You can configure your system's IP address instead of configuring the complete LAN network.

Do you have caching enables with "Cache content containing cookies" - not sure why this makes any difference, but I had problems with embedded media just appearing as a white box, I tried everything and Disable caching cookies seemed to work for me.

Hi, 
 I suggested you a quick fix, to check what is actually blocking the streaming on website, take a source IP which is not able to stream videos. Take SSH to UTM and capture packetfilter.log and httpproxy.log on the source IP.
