not able to access web portal or access xg86

i resetted the utm after that i cant ping or access to the UTM

    What did you do to "reset" the UTM?

  • I done the hardware reset via pressing the reset button 

    after that I can’t able to ping or access the firewall 

  • I just noticed that you were asking about the XG Firewall instead of the UTM.  You will want to ask your question in the XG Community instead of here.

    That said, does unplugging the XG for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in help?
