Hello !!

I have a problem with a NET of a client, when I plug it into the current it only turns on the power and LAN1 then it does not respond anymore .... Could you help me please?

my RED is configure in mode Standard/Unified Mode with DHCP, How can I reset my RED?

Hi Gerado,

The suggested guide has all the information, you can simply change the mode in RED management from Web Admin.
