Yes, if you wish that networks behind two separate RED devices should communicate with each other then, you need to configure both the RED in Split mode. Alongside, the RED#1 network must be in 'Local networks' for RED#2 and vice versa.

Hi,

The guide does not provide you with the actual configuration steps but, you can configure a split tunnel for RED and define the Red network on the local network section of both the RED config policies respectively.
