Do you want to reset RED to factory default? Then that is not possible as RED cannot be configured. It is managed via UTM.

Of course I can restore the settings from the crashed UTM and try to unlock the RED device. But I then have to restore the actual settings again.

If you lost the unlock code, drop a mail at support@sophos.com and provide them the RED ID.
